Can you make reservations at Beaches and Cream?

Is Beaches and Cream not a TS restaurant? Because I can't find it on the Disney Dining website for reservations.

It is a TS restaurant, but they do not accept reservations. Walk-ups only. And it's very small, so it's usually suggested to go at off-times to avoid a long wait.

Either between the lunch & dinner crowd, before the dinner crowd, or after the dinner crowd - unless that times with the end of Illuminations. Going during Illuminations might work.

Everything I read says don't go after Illuminations. I'd try sometime between 8 and 9.

I've heard between 2-4 is not very crowded!

We've had success eating there sometime after 2 in the afternoon. You might still have a wait but it shouldn't be too long.
