Can you make an online payment toward hotel reservation?

If so, I can't figure out how. I want to make a partial payment toward my hotel reservation. I'd rather do it online than sit on the phone waiting to get thru. Anyone know how? I don't see that option under my reservation.

So, this is really odd: I have been making multiple payments online over the past several weeks, so I went to log in to screenshot and show you where the option is, but now it's gone! Might be a glitch in MDE right now.

But if you do have to call, when they ask why you're calling, say "make a payment" and sometimes you'll get through to an automated system to make the payment without having to wait at all.

I have never had a room only reservation but from what I gather when its room only you pay the a deposit of the first night at the time of booking and then the rest is billed on the day of check in unless you call to make a payment.
As the PP said if you call then when it prompts you to say an option say make a payment and I do believe its automated so you shouldn't have to wait on hold.

I did try to call, but when I gave the reservation number it error ed out and sent me to the phone queue of 2 1/2 hours. I'll try again later. Was hoping for online payment. I think there's a few glitches online right now as you can't even modify a dining reservation as there's currently no option to do so.

I checked this morning, and the online payment option is back - must have been a glitch yesterday with all of the tech issues Disney was having.

Bummer. I have my first room only reservation and was hoping to do the same. Doesn't look like it is an option.

Don't see this option anywhere under My Disney Experience. I have the option to modify or cancel my reservation, but no button to make a payment. Guess I'll have to call.

If you're calling anyway, you could have them convert the room only reservation to a ticketless package - that way you should be able to make payments online!

You can't pay for room only reservations online. However, usually you can get the automated system on the phone. Occasionally that doesn't work. I usually just wait a few days and call back when that happens and the automated system will work then. It's just hit or miss.
