We are going to Disney in April. DH, myself, SD(17) and DS(6). In budgeting the food $$ dollar amount, I have to know *where* we are going to eat.

We are not on the Disney Dining Plan because we are staying Offsite.

Disney has so many restaurants and we will only be there for 4nights/5days.

Here is what I have so far:

Friday, April 2, 2010 DisneyQuest Day:

Breakfast: AKL, Boma
Lunch: Fulton's Crabhouse
Dinner: ??

Saturday, April 3: Hollywood Studios Day

Breakfast: IHOP
Lunch: Sci Fi Dinner Theatre
Dinner: ??

Sunday, April 4th: Universal's City Walk / No park

Breakfast:??
Lunch: ??
Dinner??

Monday, April 5th, 2010: Heading Home
Breakfast: IHOP
Lunch: On the Road, McDonald's Burger King

Can you please share with me what you are eating for B/L/D on each of your days?

Thank you!!!

Are you wanting TS, CS - off property/on property?

We don't know where we'll eat each meal yet - it'll depend on what park we end up at and which "land" we are in when we get hungry. Therefore, I can't give you an itinerary of our meals. I can, however, give you some suggestions.

On your DQ day - we LOVE Earl of Sandwich for lunch and/or dinner. It is light enough that you aren't overly stuffed. It is on the marketplace side of DTD, but you can walk over after you are done with DQ. I've heard great things about WPE as well - we haven't eaten there, so I can't say from personal experience.

On your DHS day - are you looking for CS or TS? We really enjoy Mama Melrose for dinner, but some people here dislike it. We also like 50s PTC. You could also leave DHS and head to either S/D, YC/BC, or BW for dinner. There are many restaurants there. We love Beaches and Cream (although you already have a burgers/fries/shakes kind of place with Sci-Fi). We also enjoy the ESPN zone as a break from the traditional park food.

We haven't done Universal, so I can't help you there. If you are willing to come back to Disney property that day for either breakfast or dinner (since I am assuming you won't want to come back in the middle of the day for lunch) we always enjoy a character breakfast. Chef Mickey's is great, but we are trying 'Ohana in about a week. We also like Cape May Cafe at the Beach Club. These are all you can eat so you can leave pretty full.

If you are willing to do dinner back at Disney again, we like 'Ohana - again all you can eat which means you can maybe just snack around for lunch and save some money.

Of course you may want all those meals to be at Universal, and in that case, I haven't helped one iota.

Our list is very tentative, because our trip is in July. But we make our ADRs in the middle of January so the TS are pretty set (for now!). It will be me, DH, and our 2 sons (ages 3 and 5 when we go). The first 4 nights my parents and sister and nieces will be joining us. We are on the DDP but this will still give you an idea.
