Can you have more people than it recommends at Davy Crockett Ranch?

It lists 6 plus one infant as occupancy for the two bedroom cabin. We actually have 7 plus one infant. But all the children are small and could use the cot or could share a bed with an adult. Could we do this and just buy one ticket separate of the package or is that a no go?

Strictly speaking I don't think you can.

We've never had anyone stop by to check on capacity though!
