I know at disney you can ask a quick service for a glass of ice water. Does anyone know if you can do the same at Universal?

Great, just didn't know if we had to bring bottles with us. I refuse to spend $3 for a bottle of water. Thanks, again

Just be aware that at most F&B locations the water is provided in small plastic cups, not the regular paper beverage cups that soft drinks are served in. They're probably about 10-12oz versus about 20oz for a regular sized Coke cup.

I've paid that in a pinch (last September it was hot even well into the evening for the WDW Halloween party, and I bought 3 bottles to share with the extended family so we wouldn't all pass out), but I dont' like to. But we always have a rental car, and just go to Costco or Publix for a case or two of water.

They gave us tiny little cups without lids last time I asked. It was tricky to mix in the flavor packs(didn't need the whole pack and no lid to put on to shake it up) Last trip, we ended up buying bottled water a few times, because it was a pain. When we got a drink with a meal, we did fill it up with water before we left the restaurant.

Will they fill up a bottle with water (like an exercise bottle?) or do you have to buy their big refillable cup?

Looks like we'll take a couple bottles with us to cut down on cost.

Yep, just returned. My DD13 and I both prefer to drink ice water. We bought the butterbeer (MUST TRY) in a Harry Potter mug to keep as a souvenir and the lady told us that all drink refills (except butterbeer) would only be 89cents. So we asked for ice water (inside food courts and carts) with our mug whenever we were thirsty and it worked out great! We only refilled the mug with orange pop once for 89cents and just washed it off in the washroom after.

What a wonderful excuse for me to get a Harry Potter mug!
