Can you get ears pierced at Disney?

My daughter is turning 13 during our trip and the only thing she's been wanting is to get her ears pierced. Is there any place in Disney you can get this done? Downtown Disney maybe?

Hmmmm. Good question. I am inclined to say no, but I am not sure.

If you have a car there are lots of places nearby.
