Can you get drink refills at Counter Service Restaurants?

You can if you drop it before you drank from it .

Otherwise, I think not, unless it's a serve yourself kind of place, like in the resort food courts or McDonalds at DTD.

At the electic umbrella at Epcot you fix your own drink and can get refills. This is one of our favorite counter service resturaunts.

I know Electric Umbrella at Epcot is one location where you can get drink refills and I also know at Downtown Disney you can refills at Earl of Sandwich, Wolfgang Puck Express, McDonald's and Cooke's of Dublin.

I once asked for a refill in the Magic Kingdom at WDW at one of the counter service establishments. I was politely told that they don't offer refills.

But a Cast Member suggested next time I order a beverage with ice on the side.

Generally if the machine is out and available, there are free refills. If they pour the drinks behind the counter, there aren't.
