Can you get a Napolean anywhere other than EPCOT?

I've had the Napolean at Boulangerie Patisserie in EPCOT and it's AMAZING. Can this treat be found anywhere else in WDW?

you can get them at main street bakery in MK

I know I have seen them around. The one that sticks out in my head the most is the Carmelized Banana Napoleon at Flying Fish. One of the best desserts on property, IMO. Fan-freakin-tastic.
