Can you get a DAS pas at Disney springs guest services?

Our friends lucked into a last minute 3 day trip to DW for tomorrow-sat. They tried yesterday today to get an advance Das but had n luck. Yesterday, she was on the phone on hold for hours before being disconnected. So they have to get it in person.

Is it possible to get one at the guest services in disney springs today/this evening and have it ready for tomorrow or do they have to wait until they arrive at MK tomorrow

No, Disney Springs does not give DAS. In the past I have gone to guest service outside Hollywood Studios or Animal Kingdom and got the pass the day/night prior with no problem. We had a vehicle so that made it easier, my husband would drive up, drop me off and wait while I spoke to customer service. It was nice having it taken care of and not wasting park time.
Luckily I was able to get through the video chat yesterday for my upcoming trip.

DAS can only be obtained from Guest Relations at one of the 4 major theme parks. Each has an "outside the gate" Guest Relations window. You can try there in the evening; just be aware sometimes they can't issue DAS at the outside location if they are very busy with ticket issues or due to equipment issues.
