Can you extend your tickets one more day?

We were wanting to do the parks one extra day, but was curious how much it would be to extend one more day if we have the Florida resident tickets? Or is that not possible?

As long as you have used your tickets for one day, you can add another day while you are there. It's just the difference between what you would have spent for the longer ticket option versus what you have already paid. My son and his family did this on our last trip together as he didn't think they could go to the parks with us the first day because he only had X number of days and he thought they would be tired from the trip but the kids wanted to go. By the end of the trip, with one day left on his passes, he just went up to Guest Relations and paid $8/person for the extra day.

It depends on if you have the regular Florida Resident Tickets or the FL Res Discover Disney Tickets. The former. its my understanding that yes you may add a day (however you won't be able to use it if the date you go to a park is a blocked out date). With the latter it is my understanding you can not add days onto it.

But keep in mind YMMV because this is only what I was told by a phone rep and a guest services rep and from what I gather from on here, they don't always have the correct information.
