can you excange tickets at downtown disney

We have our renewal vouchers for our annual passes from AAA and want to know if you can still go to downtown disney to exchange them in to tickets instead of waiting in the long line at the parks. Also I forget where we exchanged them:?

Yes, there is a Guest Relations window at DTD.

But I've never seen "long lines" at the Guest Relations windows at the parks.

There are those who are BUYING tickets at the ticket windows (not the same as Guest Relations) or the "long lines" actually waiting to enter the parks at the gates.

So, you can choose to do this either way.
