can you do this ???

we bought our tickets for the children over the phone and was told we can pick them up at our resort..has anyone done this before ???

I don't know if anything has changed but when we did this before the tickets were not at the resort. We had to go to the Will Call (sp) window to pick up our tickets before we went into the park the first day. I was a little cranky with guest services when we checked in and found out the tickets weren't there. (I came down from the room later to find my CM and apolgize..I wasn't nuts but I was cranky after an 18 hour drive). Bottom line... the resort did not have the tickets...but it was not a big deal to get them at the park in the morining.

well how did they know you had bought them when you went to the park ? ?? did they have it on file on the computer or something ?? the cm we talked to this evening sounded uhhh new ....and she kept putting us on hold..i hope everything went through right...

I have copied the following from an email I rec'd from my TA:

Park admission tickets - we can add these to your room reservation and they are payable in full at the time of booking and you pick up the tickets when you check in at the resort. Booking the park admission this way will make the tickets refundable up until 6 days before you arrive just like your room

I guess if the tickets are NOT at the resort they will be at the Will Call window at one of the parks?
