Can you do a 2nd Planning Session if necessary?

Ok, this may be a wierd question but can you do a second planning session if necessary? My planning session is next week and I am concerned that it will be so rushed that I will not be 100% sure about the flowers and decor. My mom is a little intense and does not like getting pushed around and rushed into any decisions. It is not a problem for us to come down a second time if necessary since we are only 5 hours from Orlando and have fleixble work schedules. Do you think Disney will care/go for this idea if necessary?

I've been offered a meeting with my EM to discuss a few issues... you dont really need a whole second planning session though. You dont really get to SEE any flowers, you just describe your likes, show them pictures of what you like and they'll duplicate it. The same goes for decorations. Its best to bring pics of what you like for everything.

I had my wedding so well planned out before my planning session that it only lasted an hour and a half instead of 4! I was the same as you, I didnt want to be pushed into a decision, so i did it all ahead of time! If you change your mind on anything you can always call or email and they'll change whatever you want.

Thank you for the quick response. I am putting together 2 folders to bring down of pictures, colors, tables, etc. that I like. Hopefully that will help.

You can have as many as you need...we had well over five (but I live in orlando)....the first one was the longest ...the second we cut it down to two hour...then on out it was hour visits to finalize a look or set up....

its not the norm but if you and your planner think its needed then they will accommodate you… Plus i'm more of a face to face person then an email or phone call

Thank You Wendy46001!!! That makes me feel a lot better. I think we may need a shorter follow-up to the first session to finalize floral and decor.
