Can you contact Concierge before you sail?

I have a surprise set up for my family and it would be great to let Concierge in on the secret so they can help with the surprise.

Is there an email address or phone number?

Buddy Bear,

The last time I called DCL, this was one of my questions. The CM I was speaking with was not the greatest. She implied that we would not hear from the concierge before the cruise because of the ability to book things online. I'm not sure how true this is, but I would love to know the real answer. There was a concierge thread recently with some great information, but I don't think this topic ever came up!
