Can you clarify the new PS policy for me???

Just want to be sure I understand.... is it 90 days out (those without a WDTC pkg) for all resturants? Even the resturants in the theme parks that used to be 60 days out???

I wonder if this will hold up, I read Mary's update on mousesavers.com that said this change has created an "uproar" from the AP holders and others of us?!?
