Can you charge on your room key even at CS restaurants?

Yup. And in the shops. And at the little carts set up around the park that offer popcorn, pop, water, and ice cream (although every so often their computer doesn't work).

I've been able to use my room key to charge everything except at the little crepe stand outside the France pavillion.

Most of the places in Downtown Disney also require real money, too.

FYI- You can also charge from DTD to your room key.

Maybe this was changed recently, but I have only been able to charge to the room key at Disney-owned places.
