Can you carry backpacks on rides?

At IOA and USF, can you take a backpack with you on all rides?

If not, which ones can't you do this on?

Is there anywhere to leave backpacks where you can pick them up when you get off the ride?

Will only have snacks and a few clothes in the pack, so wouldn't worry about leaving it unattended.

You can carry backpacks on all rides except:

IOA: Hulk, Dueling Dragons
USF: Men in Black

You can store your backpack in lockers outside of the Hulk, Dueling Dragons, and Men in Black. They are free for a certain amount of time (Hulk = 1 hour to 90 minutes, Dueling Dragons = 45 minutes to 1 hour, Men in Black = 1 hour to 90 minutes) and then cost $2 for each 1/2 hour.

Otherwise, you can put your backpack in the pouch in front of you (if it fits) or on the floor in front of you. Popeye has a waterproof holder in the middle where you can store your gear. No, you cannot climb into it to stay dry.

This works out well. DD won't go on those rides anyway, I suspect. So she and I can hold the backpacks while DH and DS ride.
