Can you cancel and on-board booking

If I book another cruise while on the cruise, but decide to cancel, do you get a full refund. Because we are leaving on 1/10 and are considering a 3 or 4 day in May 2005 with BIL family. Should we book this on the ship, with the chance that we may be cancelling it if they back out and just doing Disney.

You can always cancel without penalty up to 60 days before your cruise date when you book with DCL.

Yes. You have to pay your deposit while on board, but the same cancellation policy is in effect. Up to 60 days before departure, you can get a refund.
