We will be driving and have not decided what to do when our Wonder cruise is over. We may want to continue our adventure by visiting some of the parks or we may just want to head back home. I don't want to be commited to a room or tickets. I was wondering if we still felt energetic towards the end of the cruise, if we could get tickets on board? I'm also not sure how hard it will be to get a room at such late notice. Has anyone tried this before?

I do not believe they sell tickets onboard.....as far as room availability....WDW has tons of on property rooms....chances are you could find one somewhere on property last minute...we have done it before.

You can buy tickets at any Disney Resort.

Can you buy DCL bus transfer on the ship - from port to MCO? How much is it? Would it be a better idea to set it up with TA before the cruise?

YES u may buy the ticket for the bus to MCO..
I believe the price is Still $25.00 per person...

Just go to guest service on the ship... no need to go to the Ta unless u would like to....

Mmouse37 is correct. Disney ownes and operates more than 30,000 rooms at Walt Disney World. (And this figure does not include the Downtown Disney Hotels!)

Still, even with 30,000 rooms, Disney does sell out. This mainly happens during the "busy" season but it's always better to pre-book. On a couple of occasions we've been unable to book a room at Disney because they had no availability. Generally though, as Mmouse37 said, you'll be able to find a room somewhere on property.

Would the tickets at the resorts be full price?

Do you think the resorts would have a room for just one night? I was afraid they would have a 3 or 4 night limit.

Thanks for the information.

As far as I know, a park ticket will be the same price, whether you buy it at the gate or one of their resorts.

Tickets are the same price at the hotels as at the Parks...Lines normally shorter at hotel...and yes they do sell out..a couple years ago I was staying off site driving down from Michigan...for giggles I called thinking well maybe being last minute they would give me a "deal" to fill a room. I was told that I am sorry sir..we are completely full in all resorts...needless to say..the parks were crammed. Can you image though all those rooms and full? Cha Ching...

We are heading down to Clearwater for a few days and then the Beach Club this weekend and I just booked the other day....depending upon the time of year rooms can be easily had or sold out....

I know almost everytime I was at WDW while leaving the park they had signs up that said....want to stay in the park tonight??? we have availability...call such and such and booked an on property resort.

You can definately book rooms for only one night, no problem.
