Can you buy gift cards at resorts?

Hi everyone!

Are gift cards available to purchase at the resorts? I want to get each girl $150 for spending while we are there. We live in Canada, so buying them at target etc are not an option. We are staying at beach club. If not, where is the closest place on site to get them? Or the Disney store at the airport? Wanting to surprise them our first day ideally! Thanks

They sell them everywhere on property-- resorts, parks, etc. the airport Disney store sells them, too.

You can also purchase them online at disneygiftcard, they have a bigger selection and you can personalize them. Plus I think it would be neat having it mailed to them.

I was going to suggest online as well as they have a huge selection of characters and you can even personalize like pp said. It's Disneystore.com that sells them so yes it's legit, right from Disney.

Just received a very nice one from Disneystore.com You are able to type a message on a very cute card from Mickey! It shipped the next day.....

Be careful about ordering gift cards and having them shipped to Canada. I have heard that the shipping charges can be a bit high (but then aren't all shipping charges high to Canada). If you live near the border then you can get Disney gift cards at Walgreens (we did this for Christmas gifts).
