Can you buy a 10 year old a child's meal OOP?

We will be 2 adults and 1 10 yr old on the DDP for the first time. My DD 10 will use adult TS credits for all our buffet meals but at TS restaurants she will definitely not eat off the adult menu other than a couple of places and would not eat enough to warrant an adult size portion of child's meal.

Can we pay for the 2 adults with credits and OOP for the 10 yr old off the child's menu or will she have to buy off the adults menu at 10 yrs old?

Pretty sure she will be able to order off the kids menu. I have heard that she can even get an adult portion of the kids meal.
You can also pay OOP if you want to and save her credits to use for you and your spouse.

Thank you, it will be a treat to go and not have to budget for where we can eat.
