Can you buy 25 points at BLT

Hi, We own 160 at bcv. In theory what I would like to do is buy 6 small contracts(1 a year) to get 150 points at another resort. It might take some work, but I am assuming with some patience I can get the 6 contracts all in the same UY over time. The question is can you buy 25 points at BLT or are they only offering the large ones. Can you get any incentive with smaller contracts or would I be stuck with the full price.

I like the idea of paying around 2500 a year rather than 15000 once. It also seems that if I wanted to get rid of the contract it is very easy to sell 25 point contract for top dollar. They get snapped up pretty quick it seems. The BLT would be a nice contrast to BCV and would be nice to buy into, but I would rather buy in increments.

Yes you can and I now have 4 30 pt contracts with BLT. Also I used Disney Visa and got 6 months free intrest on each one.

Yes, you can buy a 25 point contract for BLT. There are currently no incentives for that low (you will pay the full $112.00 per point).

At 50 points, you can it for $104.00 per point. I also have used my Disney Visa to buy the points and love the 6 months interest free!!!

BLT add-on contract minimum is presently at 25 points again
(50 pt minimum if you'd like Disney's financing & you'd qualify for current incentive offered with 50 pt purchase). If you purchase add-on contract from Disney they will give you same UY you have with your other contract and presently there are no closing cost/fees either - this is what makes purchasing add-on(s) through Disney more attractive than trying to do small add-ons via resale market. ( just fyi, BLT add-on was raised to minimum of 100 pts for a couple of weeks mid-January 2009 -so possibility does exist that Disney could raise add-on minimum again in future at BLT or any other DVC resort for that matter )

And I think that you would automatically default to your existing UY when you add points to your master contract...but hopefully someone will correct me if I'm mistaken. Happy addonitising!
