Can you bring your own kayak?

We're heading to the Ft. this weekend for a quick trip. One of my friends wanted to know if he could bring his own kayak. I said I knew you could rent them, but I had no clue if there was a place to launch your own. I figured the regular campers would be able to help me with the answer.
