We are celebrating our 10th anniversary on the Wonder in three weeks--with the 3 kids (crazy, I know). Are we allowed to bring on snacks and drinks to store in our stateroom fridge? Thanks!

When we went in June of last year you could bring food and drinks. We took one whole suitcase of pop, juiceboxes and snacks going and used the suitcase for all the "stuff" we bought coming home. I'm not sure if that has changed since Sept. 11 or not but maybe someone from a recent cruise will let you know. ;) Have a wonderful cruise and Happy Anniversary:bounce:

Thanks for your reply. Hopefully someone from a more recent cruise will let me know.

We cruised Jan 13th and took a 12 pack of coke, potato chips, and a few other snacks. You really don't need to pack a lot of snacks as they have individual bags of chips at Pluto's, where you get your hamburgers and hotdogs. You can also order room service 24 hours a day. They have cheese and crackers, pizza, hamburger's, chicken fingers, sandwiches, cookies and other things you can order. You also can not bring opened food back into the U.S. When you did disembark you will be fined if caught bringing food back. Other than beverages you probably won't even consume the snacks you bring, we didn't.

Most of what we took was pop, caffene free because they don't have it on the ship. What unopened snacks we had left we gave to our room stewart who really appreciated it. But Tluvs2talk is right there was all kinds of food anytime of day you wanted at no charge other than if you wanted pop other than at meals.:smooth:

How about wine, Can you bring wine on board to drink in your stateroom?:)

Yes, you can bring wine. We brought a bottle of rum and beer (as well as soft brinks and juice). We had our canned drinks up on deck by the pool and no one said anything. You can't have glass containers on deck though.

Wine is fine. However, if you want to take your own wine to dinner, you will probably be charged a fee (I think it is $15). This fee is fairly standard for any restaurant.

Some have just taken a glass of wine to dinner with no problem.
