Yep! 100mL is the max, as long as it's placed in a 1 Litre ziploc bag with your other liquids. If it fits, carry on...

You sure can, I've even had the 120ml bottle go through. Last time I forgot a full size bottle in my carry on, they took it and tested it, then returned it to me. I offered to throw it out, but they insisted I take it home.
