Can You Book the New Discount Online?

If they announced general rates before AP I don't hold much hope for an AP rate. Can you book the new discount rate online? I don't have access to a phone to do it that way. I already have a regular ressie booked but would like to take advantage of the discount and cancel the regular rate one for Dec 2-5.

I was able to book the room-only discount online this morning. I've had trouble getting back into the site since then -- but if you're able to get in it is there for booking. Good luck!
