Can you book concierge rooms with PIN codes or bounceback offers?

I've gotten a few PIN codes here and there (20% off room rate being the most recent one), and last March when I stayed at the Poly (regular room, not concierge) there was a bounceback offer for (I think) 40% off villas, 30% off deluxe, and 20% off moderates/values. Can these discounts be applied to concierge rooms?

We booked a Lagoon View concierge room at the YC a couple of years ago with a 40% pin code that said it was for Value Resorts. It's always worth asking!
