I just phoned DCL a few hours ago and they told me EST...now I am confused.

I believe it must be Pacific Time. Last night I tried at 12:01 EST, and 1:01 EST and was not able to get in, so I went to bed. I waited until 9 am EST this morning and was able to book all of my reservations.
