Can you book a table at 3 Broomsticks?

we are visiting IOA in October, and obviously the whole Wizarding World area has been extremely busy since opening.

Is it possible to make ADR so we dont miss out, or can you book the day you arrive in the park?

I haven´t been yet but I pretty sure that the 3 Broomsticks is a counterservice restaurant...

Well, there was a breakfast reservation for the Harry Potter Package

Maybe that was the reason!
