Can you believe this?!?!?

Ok so this is a story about what happened when I was out to dinner on Friday night (Juliana and Natalie- you already know this story!!)

Ok so me, my friend Sarah, and these two girls from another school (Becky and Francie) went out to dinner (long story for why we did..)

So anyways, Becky says "omg can you believe this? We actualy have to go to Disney World for our class trip? eww it's gonna be so bad- like i'm so mad we're going!"

My Reaction:

OH MY GOD!!! WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM??? WDW IS THE BEST PLACE IN THE WORLD!!!

However, I did not say that (right away). I simply turned to my friend and whispered "HOLD ME BACK!!" lol I was SOOO freaking out!! and then my friend is like "Katie's obbessed with DIsney" and I start being like "WDW IS THE BEST!!! you should go here, go there, have fun, it's the best!!"

I'm surprised there's actually people that hate WDW so much! I know when I was playing summer softball, I was talking about my upcoming trip to WDW and this girl said: Isn't that place just for little kids? And I was like, don't get me started!

And there's a class that gets to go to WDW as a class trip?! That's gonna be some trip, I wish some of my classes did that!

I know!! I would have been all over that girl saying like that is such a great opportunity- going with your friends, going on all the rides. I would have said that she shouldn't have the priviledge to go to such a great place as WDW if she's got that stupid little attitude of hers.

I get so mad at people who act like that. Just this morning I was saying that I needed to back to disney world and my mom was like you were just there three months ago!! I'm having WDW withdrawls!

Well my friends are always asking me, "aren't you sick of it. "I am always saying no. It's different and gets more fun everytime! They think I am a WDW freak. Belive it or not but one of my Teachers is always calling me wdw. How embaressing!

I know how you feel...I'm 19 years old..and people are like "you like disney? but it's kiddie stuff!"... that becky girl doesn't deserve to go... I went to WDW twice... (I live at the other corner of the continent...)

I remember that in 7th grade the whole class were teasing me with my disney addiction...I cried a lot...Now I laugh and say " I LOVE DISNEY! SO WHAT?" with pride...

I hope you stay the way you are now... most teen disney fans leave they disney-addiction when they grow up...

Errrrrr where did you get this information?! lol I dont belive that is so. I plan to start a career with the Disney company and I know alot of others around here who want to do the same.

I really can't stand people who dont understand the whole Disney experience. Espescially when they havent even been to WDW or DL. As for the ones who mock me or make fun...theyre just jealous! Most of the time it's just a matter of coming strait out and saying "I'm a Disney nut" and they wont ask questions...lol

I really hate it when people say "Oh, it's just another theme park"-it makes me so mad!

They just don't understand. My friends are always aking me why I'm not bored of it and saying that it's just for little kids.

I'm very lucky to have been able to go to WDW so many times, but it really gets on my nerves when people say "Why are you going to WDW AGAIN?! Aren't you bored of it?"

Most of teen disney lovers leave their love to disney when they grow up.. Of course there are some that keep loving disney as always , like you and me and lots of people here...

Ya didnt ofend anyone! Did it sound like I was saying that? I'm sorry......I thought the smily I included in my post would have clarified that.

Anyways........what are you interested in doing? As far as a career goes for disney? Are you in college right now? If so you may want to consider the WDW college program. I hope to participate in the CP more than once. Theres also an imagineering internship I'm interested in. After all that I hope to be able to get a job with WD Imagineering.

When I grow up, I want to be a plastic surgeon. Hopefully, I'll get to be rich, so I could go to WDW a lot, but I was thinking. I would get bored of it. I should go like for two months every 2 or three years, but then I could go 2 weeks twice every year!

I hope I never dislike Disney World. It would be disappointing to any kids I have. They'd be like I wanna go to WDW, and I'd be like Don't say that name!!

I am so hooked on Disney, that I did this I-Search thing (a really big project you do in 7th grade for English) on WDW. I got an A-. Duh, the stupid lady took points off for not having page numbers on a website. she never liked me anyway. I have messy handwriting. So does this kid Mike. He's a little smarter than me. He handed something in once with really messy handwriting, and the teacher was like, oh Michael, you're going to be a doctor with that handwriting. You get an A++++++++++. Ha Ha Ha. He doesn't even want to be a doctor! To me, she just looks at it and say F---------, write it over. Stupid thing!!!

So off topic- I'm not having a good day, and thinking of things like this isn't helping. (and neither is my stupid dog barking to go outside after I just let him in!)

on the disney subject... I'm all contraire of you... I'm afraid that my kids dislike Disney just because I'll be like buying all things disney and they'll get bored when I will take them to WDW... I'll be like: "Kids! Let's go to WDW !!!" and they'll be like " AGAIN!!!!??? mom, we're 18 and 20... we're so over disney stuff..."
