Can you apply a code discount and/or AP disc to Magic Key Performer Cert for room?

I have my next trip booked already for June 2003 and booked with Magic Key Performer Certificates I got from Maritz Travel. As time gets closer to June could I apply a code and/or AP discount to this reservation since it's with these cerfificates? THanks for all replies!
