Can you apply a bounce back offer to an already booked room?

I have a hotel booked for February which is currently sold out. Could I apply the bounce back offer to that stay? Or does it need to be a new booking

The answer is 'maybe' and the only way to find out is during your eligibility period (while you're staying at Disney then for 7 days after you leave) call and see if it is available. There isn't anywhere to check availability.

If that room is eligible and there is availability you will be able to apply the BB.

Are you at Disney now? Seeing you want to apply it to a February stay so you need to be at Disney now to possibly apply it to February.

If the resort or room type is sold out for new bookings, it’s highly doubtful they’ll apply the discount to an already booked room. Of course, someone will always come along & say a CM applied the discount for them anyway. Thats a very rare exception tho. So the only way to know for sure is to call & ask.

I tried calling but they couldn’t apply the bounce back. Not really surprised since my room is sold out. They also tried looking at other dates for two bedroom villas at a few resorts but couldn’t apply the discount even though rooms were available. Those room types aren’t excluded from the offer but I’m guessing they offer very limited amount to get the discount?

Is it a longer trip? For mine they were able to break it into two separate reservations to cover the dates I wanted. Same room type, but two reservations with bounce back.

No it’s only 3 nights. They said to just check back for an annual pass discount one might pop up which is the same percentage off.

Technically I guess as long as they offer at least 1 of that room category for at least 1 night sometime during the included dates, they can say it’s not excluded. And if it’s that popular, that’s probably what they did.

Yes, just like general discounts and AP rates BBs are annoyingly limited in their offerings.
