Can you answer my BC Questions?

We'll be staying in a one-bedroom at BC this March. I have never stayed here before and I have a few questions!
I have been searching the boards and any resort information and keep coming up empty handed!
Are the one-bedroom DVC rooms the "suites" that the resort pages talk about? They have a washer/dryer- and kitchen, correct?

I'm just not finding this information anywhere and as a very organized Disney freak- I am feeling a little dumb!

Any information would be appreciated!

Thanks,
Sarah

My guess is you're not a DVC member. You can go the the disneyvacationclub.com website and click your way into the dvc resorts. When you find beach club villas, you can click on a 360 degree room tour. You can also go to allears.net and find all kinds of info and photos for BCV. Have fun.

Disney's Beach Club and Disney's Beach Club Villas are two different resorts. They are right next to each other and share many facilities (including check-in) but are different.

The Villas are all timeshare units, but can be rented out as a normal hotel room. There are studio rooms, as well as 1BR and 2BR "vacation homes". The 1BR and 2BR have full kitchens and a washer and dryer.

The Beach Club itself mostly has standard hotel rooms. However, it does have a handful of 1BR and 2BR "suites". They are very different from the 1BC vacation homes over at the Villas.

From your note, I can't which one you have. If you give us a bit more detail, we can help you out.

Yup, not yet a DVC member. But we rent points and go down twice a year- I'm not a newbie here!

I did find the necessary information- It just took a bit of digging.

Thanks for the super friendly advice!

We're are staying at the villas- and due to a major brain fart- I kept coming up with only the regular BC resort pages.
I have now found the right information!! ;)
I guess it's due to being 3 mos. pregnant. Boy do I need that vacation!!

Any advice from you DVCers who have stayed at BCV, would be appreciated!

Yes that is correct one two and grand villas have full kitchen and washer and dryers

And Deb Wills site www.allears.net has good info under Accommodations. She has both verbal descriptions and lots of photos of BCV.

But no GV at BCV.

To the OP, if you are using DVC points, you will be in the villas in a one bedroom villa. If you made your reservation at the BC through Disney directly, you probably won't be in the villas, but in a suite at the BC.
