Can we see Tinkerbell?

DD asked this morning if we will see Tinkerbell when we are there.

I don't recall hearing anyone saying they had a photo op or anything with Tink.

Will we see her?

No photo ops but you can see her flying in right before Wishes starts if you are alert and in the right spot. (over towards Tomorrowland, I don't know the exact best location) Also, if you are the first to ask in the morning at Tink's Treasures in Fantasyland you may be able to "wake her up" and spy her through a keyhole in the drawer where she sleeps.

I just read a thread on these boards somewhere that Tink and some fairy friends will be in Toon Town giving autographs in August in conjunction w/the Tinkerbell Movie.

Just wanted to add it was the Theme park attractions and strategies board, about 1/2 way down the first page.

I have also heard that even later in the day, you can sometimes see her light flying around that store (especially if it's not too busy, and a CM can tell your child is looking.)

You can see Tink flying Right before Wishes starts which is "AWSOME" as dd says.
And they do a really cute Photo's where you hold your hand out and later when you get home and check out the photographs, Tink has magically appreaerd. Not the same as "meeting her" but I am sure you can come up with some cute story for your dd! lol =) have fun

Unfortunately, they are not doing the picture where you put out your hand and tink magically appears right now. I asked about it Friday in the Magic Kingdom. He told me that she has been stubborn lately! But, when you do the Photopass pictures, one of the edits is to add some words and Tink with Pixie Dust.

The movie has been pushed back to Holiday 2008. You can see a trailer on disneyfairies.com but I can't see the whole screen for some reason. I work at the Disney Store and our video says "coming soon" but a year and a half sure isn't soon to me.

We just returned from WDW and we watched Wishes twice..yes she flies down right as they dim the lights before the fireworks, look towards the right side of the castle at the top. She flies out toward main street, but just a bit towards tomorrowland..We watched Wishes from the circular hub just in front of the castle the second time and we saw her great..Good luck and have fun!
ps..also during the spectromagic parade she shows up in the window of Cinderella's carriage and also in someone else's window but can't remember whose, but it was right after Cinderella..
