Can we schedule bell services in advance?

On the day we depart and need to get our luggage down to airline check-in, is bell services something we can schedule in advance? Usually we don't have a particular schedule, so we call bell services and ask for assistance whenever someone is available. Sometimes it's right away, sometimes it's not. We have a dining reservation this summer on the morning we check out, so if bell services can be scheduled in advance, we want to take advantage of it! Also, does bell services offer luggage assistance to airline check-in at all resorts? Thanks!

Yes, you can schedule Bell Services in advance at every WDW resort.

I can't tell if this is your plan from your description, but just keep in mind you have to physically be in your room when bell services arrives to get your luggage. They won't pick up your luggage when you're not in the room. That's likely what you meant, just making sure! :thumbsup2
 

Yes that is what I meant. We usually just call bell services and head out with them whenever they arrive. Sometimes it's right away and other times we've waited quite a while. It's never mattered in the past because we haven't been in a rush to leave. This summer, though, we have an 8:30 ADR, so we want to schedule with them in time to get out, checked in with the airline, and to our breakfast!
 
If you are pressed for time, you can always take them to bell services and leave them.

The guy kind of laughed at me and told me I had to call on Friday morning when we were ready. Luckily I called about an hour before we actually needed to be out of our room because we ended up sitting and waiting for quite a while. Now I'm wondering if the guy I spoke to was misinformed or if we need to plan differently in the future.

Have never tried to schedule in advance, frankly was surprised when I read that above although have seen it mentioned on other threads as well. Admittedly this is coming from someone with no first hand experience, but frankly I'd be surprised if they had the infrastructure to record/keep track of bell services "bookings" like that. And if they did, I'd be worried as HECK they didn't write the correct info down, they lost track of the info, or could otherwise screw it up!

We've tried to schedule Bell Services in advance at a number of different resorts, and they have always told us to call on the same day when we're ready. So I was also surprised to read the responses above, but thought maybe we just had bad luck!
 
I asked Bell Services about this during my June 2017 trip and was told that I would have to call the morning of and someone would get to our room as soon as possible. We also had a breakfast reservation so we were packed and called an hour before we needed to leave. Someone came in about ten minutes so we some time to relax before our reservation.
