Can we redeem GAD vouchers at Epcot's International Gateway entrance?

We were planning to arrive at BCV in the AM and walk over to Epcot's "back" entrance (i.e. International Gateway) to redeem our GAD vouchers and begin our vacation with a day of Epcot fun! (most of us will later upgrade to AP, one of us is just getting Fast Passes).

Is there a "will call" window at Epcot's International Gateway entrance? Has anyone redeemed GAD vouchers here?

Hope so...if not I guess we'll have to find a way to the front of Epcot?

Normally the windows at International Gateway are both tickets and Guest Relations. They can handle any transactions there.

If I remember right, if both booths are open, one acts as will call and the other as GR (and they are marked). If only one is open, then it is both.
