Can we purchase dining plan when we get there?

We rented DVC Villa so it seems complicated to do dining plan ahead of time....I was told that we could simply purchase it on a credit card at check in? DH is leary, has anyone done this and can confirm?

The dining plan has to be added 48 hours before check-in. And if you rented points the owner has to add it.

What you were told is not accurate, although years ago you could add it at checkin.

It needs to be added by the owner as pp said, and must be paid for when it is added.
