Just discovered windows media player and slideshows - Yippee.

What a pleasure to watch your Disney Pictures to Disney Music and biy am I really excited now.

Can we post these slideshows on this Forum ? If so, how please. (in real baby talk for this IT novice)

Your best bet is to use Youtube.com to host them and then direct people to the URLs - if that is allowed mod people?

I'm pretty sure you can't post video files in a forum post.

WOW, can't imagine that was only a test! It was wonderful!! So christmassy and full of atmosphere with the music. I have the urgent desire to be there now and celebrate!! But sadly there is 1 month, 2 weeks and a few days waiting time to bridge until going. Can't stand it.

LOL - glad it worked - just wait till I do this years !! Its going to be a masterpiece.

It was so bitterly cold last year and even though we all wore thermal vests we still got really cold some of the days. My Mum (who appeared on most of the photos and is no wallflower) really felt the cold but it did add to the Christmassy atmosphere.

The real snow was pure MAGIC.

The music I used was Chante, c'est Noel - The Christmas Parade Music and it stays in your head for hours after.

My favorite ride is Pirates - I could stay on it all day long and the music... well need I say more.

I noticed you also stood in the same place as us for the parades. A tip for all is to get there early and stand above the entrace walkway where they queue for the main street station. you get fab views of all the taller floats and lots of personal waves.

Maybe there should be a designated thread for these slideshows, sub categorised into months of the year.

You cannot attach files to a post on the board Sarah. But as others have said you can post links to your DLP related photos and/or videos

All of these slide shows are really great, I admire you for being able make them. POTC looked great, we can't wait to go it next week as it was closed last June when we were there.

I used Windows Media Player to put it together and providing your pics are stored on your computer its easy.

Im not very computer literate so it has to be simple for me to get to grips with - LOL

Im addicted now though. Im doing all the summer ones to Portaventura theme park and will start to work my way backwards. Glad my DH does not get annoyed at me spending all my time looking at this screen. He He
