Can we get real butter ?

When we were there last December, I was sooo excited about the food , and I chose a lot of great places that had wonderful reviews. The thing was, I noticed after the 3rd dinner , that a lot of it tasted exactly like the meal before. The sweet butter ,the same salad dressing, the rib sauce...Is there like one big kitchen that they supply to most of the restaurants ?

Doesn't anyone have an opinion about this ? I'm dying to know if it's just my imagination. Can you get non sweetened butter or is it the same at every restaurant ?

Most of the places I've dined at over the past year or so had olive oil for dipping rather than butter.

But in answer to yoru question, other than some of the "specialty" restuarants (signatures, Boma, etc.) all of the butter is procured from the same place. My guess is taht all the butter is.

In thinking back the only place I can really recall having sweet butter is LTT.

LTT no longer has sweet butter, at least at lunch.
