Hello everyone!! =)

Kind of a long question but my family is going to Disney in June. My parents are divorced so my dad and I booked a room together and my mom booked a room with my brother and sister. My dad and I are on the dining plan longer so we have extra credits to use and one night I planned a Signature Dinner with my dad and I, but I was wondering if instead of my dad going if my mom could come with me and my dad with the rest of fam.

Can I use my card for the credits for my mom if shes technically not on mine? We all have the same last name. Vice versa, my brother and sister would use their card to take credits for my dad....I know they only use one card for the dining plan but I am not sure of any technicalities..

Thanks for your help. Hopefully this wasn't confusing!!!!

:)

You cannot use credits for people not on the same plan.

The DIS does not allow discussion of ways to get around that restriction.

If I'm reading this right your mom is on the DDP with your brother and sister....and you and your dad are on the DDP.....different rooms, different ressies.

Since each parent has the DDP you can have dinner with your mom. Each person can use their own credits. I think you will need individual bills though. All the occupants of a room on the DDP do not need to eat together.
