Can we do Star Wars show after Fantasmic?

We are doing the H& V Minnie's Seasonal Dine Fantasmic Package. What is the best way to exit Fantasmic to catch the last part of the Star Wars show on Hollywood Boulevard? Is it possible?

Not really. The Star Wars fireworks requires you to be in position to see the Chinese Theater and the 2 buildings along side of it. It's practically impossible to get out of F! and far enough in to the park to see the fireworks too.
The reason you need to see the buildings is the show is mostly projections and little fireworks. Reaching a spot where you can view fireworks doesn't really gain you much of a view of the show. If that makes sense.

You'll be able to see the bigger fireworks, but you won't be able to see any of the show.

Not as it's intended to be seen. You will have a very hard time getting close enough to see the projections and they are huge part of the show.

Has the Star Wars fireworks show changed since it first opened? We saw it last Feb (2016) wondering if it's the same one still.

Is this Star Wars show a permanent thing? For some reason I thought it was temporary. So you can't see both Fantasmic and the Star Wars show on the same night, is that what I'm understanding?

Permanent (well, as permanent as anything is at Disney)
You can see both any time there are 2 showings of F!. Not if there is only 1

Yes they have. In June
Thanks, makes sense, then. The one we saw was awesome, but I don't recall projections, it was mostly fireworks set to Star Wars music. I love these shows but we weren't planning around it since we thought we had seen it. Now I will adjust plans, although its not on the WDW schedule as of yet for May?

If there is only one fanstasmic it would be rather hard. If I remember correctly they started at about the same time or close to the same time, if there was a second fantasmic you would be able to catch them both.

Disney doesn't update their schedules that far out any more.
Keep an eye here for all things Star Wars
