If we get to Orlando by 2:30pm AT THE RESORT- is it possible/ worth while to do MK if its open til 10pm?? OPINIONS PLEASE!!! THANKS:confused3

Our flight/bus etc got us to the Contemporary about 3:00. We quickly changed our clothes and headed to the MK right away. While we didn't get the full day, we certainly got a lot in, including a nice dinner and Wishes!

(Now, mind you we had 2 more full days at MK!)

I was just going to ask if this would be your ONLY day at MK or not? And if you've been to MK before?

We plan on heading over to MK on our first day as well. We'll get to the resort around 10-11am so I'm hoping to unpack, eat lunch and swim before heading over to MK. We'll also be there on Wednesday so we won't be rushing to fit everything in. ;)

I hope it's not your only day! ;)But yes, by all means hop on over and try! We have done it and enjoyed a lot of things....my only thought is that crowds may hamper you a bit.

yes i would do that. if its not going to be your only day there of course. if it is id save it for a full day. and go to maybe downtown disney or even the boardwalk when you get in Orlando.

I would not waste a Days park ticket for this. JMO Dont know your whole sched but would not like to give up that much time on a ticket. We either spend our last night or first night at a hotel off sight ( holiday inn) so we dont do this. IE we get to our resort and check in o dark 30 then drop off our luggage with the bellman and head to the park for our first day. or we check out at noon on our last day and leave luggage with bellman and head back to park then crash in off site hotel get up and leave.

We plan to do this in a week! It's not "wasting" a ticket day. The price difference between a 5 day and a 6 day ticket is about $4. Go and enjoy! Realize it will be busy. Hopefully you have another day to spend at MK, too.
