Can we do excursions "on our own" again yet?

Sorry if this has been answered already, I couldn't find it quickly. Are we able to book our own (non-DCL) excursions again? We've found that a lot of the DCL excursions are limited and/or sold out. We sail in January. Thanks!

Fully-vaccinated passengers can debark and explore ports on their own or a private excursion. If you have unvaccinated children you’ll need to stick with the DCL excursions.
