Can we compile some tips for doing Disney while pregnant?

We have a joke in our family not to book any more trips to Disney, the last 2 we booked, I became pregnant after booking. The first time, I went 21 weeks pregnant in May- very hot, but had a great time. Used the fans with the water squirters a lot. The second time I was around 14 wks preg with twins, terrible morning sickness, but we still had a great time. As everyone else said, WATER is the most impt!! Britta makes a water bottle with a filter that you can keep refilling from sinks, etc. and the water is filtered and free!!

We just returned monday it was my second trip to the wonderful world pregnant. I will admit I was a little more beat than I thought I would be. But it was still worth it. I think the hardest part was my son. He is going through the Mommy only stage so he wanted me to carry him all the time. I felt a huge strain on my bladder (just what I needed) But we took it easy and drank and ate plenty. I loved my afternoon naps with my son. I agree about the Crocs. I think they are quite ugly but they sure are comfy!! Have a great time!

I'll be 4 months in June. The only thing I'm really concerned about doing that is labeled a hazard for pregnant women is the safari at AK. I've been reading that pretty many women ride that one anyway. I hope I can!

We just went in January and I was nearly 4 months pregnant.

There were still lots of rides that I could do, and I did do the Safari -- we had a seat near the front, so it wasn't too bumpy.

We took it A LOT easier this time than on our honeymoon, when we did it "Disney Commando" style -- I think one day, we were only at the parks for about 3-4 hours total...

We had the DDP, so I felt like I was constantly eating, but I think that helped keep me kind of happy, and I had no nausea or heartburn the entire trip.

I would definitely visit again while pregnant. I found I didn't miss any of the big rides that much, and anything that DH wanted to ride but I couldn't, I just waited around for him.

Have fun! Take it easy and you'll be just fine!

We are about to go in a few days and I'll be exactly 17 weeks along - again (same as our last trip in '03) - funny how that worked out.

Loved it and I didn't feel the belly got in the way of our fun, at all. My feet were really sore (even wearing Nike's all day), but I think that would have been the case regardless of the pregnancy.

It was August, humid, and 90+ each day - so DH carried around a camel back (water backpack) for us to drink continually throughout the day and we used those mini-fans all day long too...which made it better.

I rode most everything, but the coasters, etc.. We made sure to try to take breaks throughout the day, and sometimes went on to the hotel for a quick nap before coming back.
