Can We Combine Mini Meets?

Hi Mac-key.

I was wondering how many of the mini meets we could combine...???

For instance, I'm not sure where you find a Dole Whip, but if it's in the MK, perhaps we could combine the Dole Whip meet with the Fantasyland meet.

Are there any others?

Dole Whip is found in Adventureland. Is the FantasyLand Meet the same time as the Thrill Ride meet? Because I wanted to attend the Thrill Ride Meet. On the other hand, depending on what happens, I might not be able to do the Thrill Ride Meet, but my sister might still want to!

Kim, I'm still planning on the Dole Whip meet, too! So, I hope it doesn't get mixed up with the Thrill RIde Tour, as I want to do that, too! Actually, I'd like to do the Fantasyland meet, too, but don't know how I can do it all!! I know they were talking about doing a Holiday decorations tour ending up at the GF for the Tea. So, there's one possiblity for a combined meet.

Am I on the right track thinking that the people who won't be attending the Thrill Ride meet will be people who don't care for those kinds of rides and/or people with young children?

I thought it would make sense to have those at the same time, but perhaps not.

I was thinking that a good time for the Fantasyland meet would be at park opening during one of the mornings (Fri or Sat), I don't know about y'all but I never venture into that area of the MK midday because I don't like waiting in line for 50 min to ride Peter Pan, etc... Late in the day would conflict with the night time events.

It will be impossible for everyone to attend all the mini meets , and some will over lap so y'all are just going to have to pick and choose as they are meant to be small anyways.

Marsha and I are working on a calendar of events for the mini-meets and will publish it ASAP. I was also thinking of having a big sign up board at the registration area for the mini-meets that we move around to the reception and breakfast, that way you can get an idea of who may attend etc... what do you think?

I think a calendar of events would REALLY be helpful, Linda, so that we could actually see what's going to happen when, and we can pick and choose between the mini-meets. Thanks for all of your help!

All sounds good to me!

I just didn't want anyone to think I was shrugging my responsibilities.

Monday, Thursday and Saturday are the EE days for MK, so if we want to do it Sat. morning that would work. Or even at park opening on Friday! I agree that earlier is better for this sort of thing.....I'm thinking about 'nap time'

A calendar of events would be extremely helpful. I think it would allow us to decide what we can or can't fit in, and what are must do's! I also think the sign up board is a great idea, too. I think the choosing is going to be very difficult! Everything sounds so good, I'm going to hate to miss anthing!! The Fantasyland meet is probably best first thing in the morning. I agree-Fantasyland is a zoo in the afternoons!
Tia, I would like to fit in both the Fantasyland meet and the Thrill Ride Tour! I love both!! Peter Pan and Pooh are two of my favorite rides!!!

No really, I hope no one tries to combine my meet with something else. Imagine how long our day will be!
