Can we call restaurant directly?

I would like to contact Narccoossees directly. I realize that we make reservations via the dining phone #, but is there any way to speak with someone via phone say, at the podium of a restaurant?

i think you can, because when i call to make adr's they offer to give me the direct phone number of the restaurant because my son has food allergies and i can call and speak with someone about menu items & his allergies. i would try to call the wdw-dine number and ask for the direct number.
