Can we Bring VCRs in the hotel rooms?

My mom wants to know if we can bring VCRs in the rooms so that she can still keep up with her Soaps. Has anyone done this and has it worked out ok?

We just went down in June and our friends who came down with us did bring their VCR so the kids can watch their favorite disney movies at night.

We have in the past..specifically since we don't have Toon Disney. My granddaughter loves this channel and we just set the tape on while we were gone at the parks. She was one happy camper when we got home. Sorta brought some of the magic home with us
