Can UK residents buy discount admission tickets to WDW? or buy in US?

My daughter is meeting some UK friends and their daughter at WDW and am wondering if the UK friends can buy tickets before arriving in US at a better rate than in the US?

Hi folks.
It is much cheaper to buy tickets in the UK, before travelling. Not sure if you are talking about single day or multi day tickets, but tell them to try Attraction Tickets Direct on the internet for some of the best prices around for UK buyers.

I guess Disney changed pricing- the site you mentioned was 159 pounds for a 7 day premium pass, or about $291 US at present rates. The same 7 day pass can be purchased for $285 US with advance purchase. So those of you in the UK are not getting the good deals you may have gotten in the past. There used to be passes available in the UK that were not available in the US, but I guess those have been eliminated. It seems that currency fluctuations may play a factor in whether the better value is to buy in UK or US.

I do not think it is much cheaper, it is just more convenient and better to buy them before you travel,.

There are quality discount ticket outlets in the US, such as Maple Leaf tickets in Kissimmee.
Plus buying them over gives you so many more options as the most flexible Disney tickets are not available in the UK.

If we did not have Annual Passes for Disney and Universal we would definitely buy from Maple Leaf.
