Posting Pics???

How do you add photos to a trip report? Although we shoot entirely in digital, we don't use an online photo service.

Can anyone tell me WHAT my options are?

Is there anything already posted that gives a step-by-step to the technologically challenged?

I have NO clue where to begin or how to do the whole pic thing.
