I have only gone on vacation with DH & the kids so this question never came up - but if I were to go to Disney with my sister, could we have our cards charged to different credit cards? (You know, the ones you buy stuff with - not the passes)

No, only 1 credit card per room. You can get a printout which lists the charges by key # and go to the front desk before checkout morning and apply a charge against your sisters card for her total, leaving the balance for yours.

It is possible in some cases depending on your package. If you have a room only package then ask the front desk to “split” your reservation and “join” it to one room. The will know what you are talking about. Basically they create 2 reservations for one room. They can then split the room and tax charges however you want as well.

I think it will also depend on who you are talking to. They would not let 2 seperate rooms have them last time we went because it was made as one ressie. We did get a very detailed printout on the last day and let us charge part of it to a seperate charge card upon check out. We had to total it ourselves though.

When you get your room charges, each purchase made on your card will reflect the card # is was charged on......You should be able to roll right down the list to figure out who bought what....You can divy up the charges from there......piece of cake!
